CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy: We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients effectively, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. - Less than 24 hours' notice: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged. - No-shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, the full cost of the service will be charged.
